Jeep Introduces 35-inch Tires for 2024 Wrangler Two-door Models

Jeep has announced the availability of a new Xtreme 35 Tire Package for the 2024 Wrangler Rubicon and Willys two-door models, marking the first time 35-inch tires are offered directly from the factory for these vehicles. Priced at $4,995 CAD, this package equips the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and Willys with enhanced off-road capabilities, including a best-in-class breakover angle of 32.4 degrees, along with superior approach and departure angles, ground clearance, and water fording ability.

The Xtreme 35 Tire Package, initially introduced for the four-door Wrangler in 2021, includes LT315/70R17C (35-inch) BF Goodrich KO2 all-terrain tires, 17-by-8-inch beadlock capable wheels, swing gate reinforcement, a 4.56:1 axle ratio, and a 3.8 cm (1.5-in.) factory suspension lift with uniquely tuned shocks. This addition aims to cater to the demands of Jeep Wrangler enthusiasts seeking increased capability and adventure.

With the package, the two-door models boast an approach angle of 47.2 degrees, a departure angle of 40.4 degrees, ground clearance of 32 centimeters (12.6 inches), and the ability to ford water up to 86.3 cm (34 inches) deep. These features underscore Jeep's commitment to providing its customers with robust options for enhancing their off-road experience.

The 2024 Wrangler Rubicon X two-door model, featuring the 2.0-litre turbo engine along with the Xtreme 35 Tire Package, is priced starting at a Canadian MSRP of $79,905. Jeep has opened customer orders for the Rubicon model, with production set to commence this spring at the Toledo (Ohio) Assembly Plant. Orders for the Willys model will be accepted later this quarter.

This expansion of the Xtreme 35 Tire Package to the two-door models of the Jeep Wrangler reflects the brand's ongoing effort to meet the evolving needs of its customers, providing them with the tools needed for unparalleled off-road adventures directly from the factory.
